After gaining nearly 80 pounds while pregnant with her daughter, Jessica found herself having to balance being a new mom, working full time and finding the time and energy to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight. Having a solid knowledge of nutrition and health, she knew what was necessary, but was faced with the challenge of making it happen. She was now her own client! After researching the best and most effective solutions for losing weight and implementing them into her own life she was able to lose the weight she gained, and then some.
Jessica continues to work with clients and Soldiers (as an Army Dietitian) to help them lose weight, develop healthy habits, improve energy and change their nutrition status without having to follow a rigid meal plan or the latest fad diet.
